But with these online programs you must observe extra caution. Many of these sites are evidently identified as scams that would just take your money and leave you with outdated or useless information. What’s worse, these information may not be legal.
My objective is to show you what separates the legitimate online free search for people against the scams. There are evidently countless people search and background check websites readily available for use so we need to be careful in choosing the service we want to use since some of which may involve you to register and/or pay an amount for the report you might want to generate for your search. Simple is best which eventually results to its user-friendliness.
* Site and Author Credentials – while it is important that the information is relevant, accurate and comprehensive, it is but equal importance that the source of information and the owner of the site operating the service is trustworthy, legal and with valid certifications. Privacy laws should be observed on these services as well as other laws that may seem relevantly attached to the service.
* Satisfaction Guarantee – if information offered is for sale or requires subscription membership, it must have a money-back guarantee backed by a reputable payment processor. This guarantee will make people trust the output of their search and make sure that irrelevant information output can lead to a refund of payment made due to unsatisfactory information released.
If you notice these criteria over a free search for people site you would use, then more or less you may be using a good search engine. Just see if the search engine fits these criteria and double check the accuracy of information before subscribing or doing some survey forms to benefit its search results. With the items above, you can evade scam sites that eventually takes your time, effort and even money for worthless, inaccurate and expired information.

Tissa Godavitarne Scam?
Tissa Godavitarne Scam came from my keyword list from my blog. It was one of the most searched phrases to my blog here in the past 30 days. The only thing I can think of is so many people are seeing Tissa Godavitarne system for the first time and they think it is a scam.
I joined Tissa Godavitarne system back in January 2009. I worked the system on my own without bringing any of my team into it until I got my first check in Mid-March of $320. At that point in time I began to bring in my frontline team from GDI to show them this system could convert into signups in GDI.
The month of March was by far my best month in using the system. But in April time frame I began to see a decline for me personally in trying to keep my quality rate up. This is where I began getting 80% of my funds held in reserve. Tissa paid me 20% and he kept 80%,
Over the next two months I changed my entire marketing strategy and began using Squidoo Len’s, WordPress Blogs and Google Pay Per Click to build my business.
By the end of June I had lost 20 percent of my team that was using this system. Why? This system is not newbies, in order to make money in all the different income streams you have to use Google PPC.
I had some choices I guess I could have turned off my forced hosting and give the signups to Tissa to raise my quality score. But I am not in GDI to build it for Tissa I am in it to build it for me.
I have made close to $700 using this system but have over $1,400 held in reserves in which I will never see a penny of.
Is it a SCAM? I am not sure, it didn’t work well for me and my team. I do know it’s not worth $29.95 a month, it’s not for newbies, and it put much more money in Tissa pocket while I used his system then in my own.
I left Acme People Search the end of July. I joined The New Rich Report Team, I have signed up close to 600 people in New Rich Report. It promotes GDI, GVO and my primary business My World Plus. I am pleased to see my first month using the system it converts people well into GDI. My first GVO check was well over my $320 payout in Mid-March with Tissa and I have signed people up into my primary business.

I have been a long supporter of this system since December of 2008. I joined this to build my GDI downline which I have.
But here are the reasons why I chose to leave:

People are looking to join a business and make money. If I can show them how to make money quickly, give them a FREE system and Training to build GDI. Once you do that they will stay with me and work as a team to make money together.
Tissa has a great system, he is building a huge list with it and continues to offer PPC Classroom, Google Cash Detective and lastly Wealthy Affiliate to anyone that uses his system.
Bottom Line, I chose to build my own list and put more money in my pocket. My model is to build long term residual income with a team of people who is making money as well not continuing to payout fees with nothing in return.

Proof Tissa Godavitarne System Works
This week was exciting to see someone on my team get onto the “125-Proof” Board. It was even more special since it was my son Brendan.
Brendan has been using People Search System to build his GDI downline since Mid March and has about 16 people on his team now. We thought he would make the “125-Proof” Board last month but his quality rate in step 3 feel below the line.
