What I mean by this is your blog will remain up as long as you pay your hosting fees and will not be taken down for a petty reason.
Another factor when choosing between paid hosting and free hosting is your blogging intent. How famous would you like to be and the amount of income you would like to make. These two factors have importance because the more you want out of your online business will determine whether or not you need unlimited hosting.
