I have been in network marketing for almost 10 years. I first began with a company called Big Planet which was part of Nuskin. I liked it since it was techie and had a website. Since it had a website that I could host anything I really wanted. I found it fairly easy to market anything I wanted to online and do you really know how BIG online is? The internet is HUGE and has no plans on stop growing. The biggest issue I found that the compensation plan for Nuskin was not for a part-time network marketer. I could get to the executive level and get others to that point but they had a break away compensation plan that just didn’t work well for me.
I have been involved with Melaleuca, Send Out Cards, Ethos, and Mona Vie. I was never with none of these very long, I found they were the type of business where you they wanted you to go out to your friends and family. You know what I am saying make a list of 100 people and your sponsor will help you work your list. Well I have to tell you I am not interested in going to my friends and family.
I truly like a business that I can market online and build on the internet. Back in September of 2008 when the economy began taking a dive. I left Mona Vie and Ethos and joined Global Domains International (GDI) which is a $10 a month business with a 7 day free trial. I knew in a down economy that a low cost business would be something that you could market to the masses. I signed my first person up on October 12th 2008 and now have hundreds of people all over the world on my team.
I also like about internet marketing that I can do it when I want to. There are no set hours, you can do it on a part-time basis. I do my marketing before I leave for my day job and check my emails when I come home and do any follow up that I need too. It’s also exciting to log on in the morning and see that your team had grown or you made a commission.
The business of GDI actually hooked me into internet marketing. I have expanded into multiple incomes now. All my marketing is done online, I have learned to generate leads myself, and I tell my new prospects that I will show them how to build a income online or on the internet so they don’t have to attend local meetings, purchase leads or go begging there friends and family to join there business. Now I do get plugged into online webinar’s and conference calls and I also have a online conference room that I use to do my training in.
I know that many people fail in network marketing if they don’t have the right support. The team I am involved with is called Follow Our Lead and we work as a team, have our own weekly online meetings. By giving people the right support and to help them become successful online marketers.
In the home based business industry, there are a LOT of opportunities to choose from. Many people get involved in a company for the product. Many times it’s for the compensation plan. And in many instances, it’s a combination of both.
When looking for an opportunity, you’ve got to ask yourself a lot of questions. Questions like does the product have value? Is this something that is easy to share? Can people afford it? And other things that are important to you.
As you evaluate an opportunity and compare it to let’s say My World Plus, you will soon see why they are one of the fastest growing companies in the WORLD. No other company has a product that literally pays for itself, a pay plan that helps the “little guy” get results FAST and LONG TERM, a system that does 95% of the work for you, the top coaching to teach you and your new people EXACTLY what to do, and a company that has vision, passion, and a commitment to helping you succeed.
Bottom line is, whether it was because of luck, a lot of due diligence, or any other reason, YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY and the timing could not be more PERFECT!
I also work with companies that have a product or a service that I can use and is a low entry point to join. I no longer spend hundreds dollars on products that I have to store somewhere.
Each one of these are a low cost business which are solid companies that will pay you residual income each and every month. Once you learn the business and take daily action your hard work can pay you forever. Even if your a newbie if you follow our lead you too can have a successful business.
